James Reeves, NREMT-P, CCEMT-P, FP-C
Jim Reeves serves as the company’s President and is responsible for the day to day administrative operations. Just prior to the establishment of MedicOne Medical Response, Jim founded HealthOne Paramedics, a critical care transport ambulance service in Effingham, Illinois. Jim previously held the position of Regional Director with Critical Air Medicine, an air medical helicopter program in West Texas. Critical Air was the largest air medical program in Texas and the largest CAMTS accredited program in the U.S. Jim was responsible for managing 4 helicopter bases, business & program development, public & professional relations, and flying as a flight paramedic. Jim is currently a County Commissioner in Effingham County, Illinois. Prior to his elected position Jim served on the Board of Directors of the International Association of Flight Paramedics where he was director of government & legislative affairs. |

Crystal Reeves, RN, EMT-P Crystal is a Registered Nurse as well as a Licensed Paramedic. Crystal oversees all financial and clinical operations at both the Texas and Illinois operations. In addition to her duties at MedicOne, Crystal works as an Emergency Room RN. Crystal began her nursing career as an ER nurse at Good Samaritan Hospital in Mt. Vernon, IL. Having been a Licensed Paramedic prior to becoming a nurse, Crystal spent several years working on an ambulance crew. She has worked both in the urban and rural setting as a paramedic. |

Brad Leach, NREMT-P
Brad oversees all aspects of MedicOne Medical Response's Texas Operations to include Field Operations, 24 hour dispatch center, logistics, and Clinical Education. Brad also works closely with governmental entities such as the Department of Homeland Security and Federal Emergency Management Agency to ensure readiness and compliance with all governmental contacts in times of natural disaster. Brad began his EMS career in 1993 on active duty in the US Navy and is a veteran of Operations Iraqi Freedom. He has served as a Clinical Education Specialist, Field Operations Supervisor, Operations Manager, and Director of Operations. he has also served as a FEMA Incident Commander for Hurricanes Gustav and Ike, Planning Chief for Hurricane Dean and Operations Chief for Hurricanes Katrina and Rita. |
