James Reeves, NREMT-P, CCEMT-P, FP-C, CICP
Jim Reeves serves as the company's chief executive and is responsible for the overall direction and strategic growth of the organization. Just prior to becoming CEO of MedicOne Medical Response, Jim held the position of Regional Director with Critical Air Medicine, an air medical helicopter program in West Texas. Jim was responsible for managing 4 helicopter bases, business & program development, public & professional relations, and flying as a flight paramedic. Jim served as an elected County Commissioner in Effingham County, Illinois where he also served as the Chairman of the Effingham County Economic Development Advisory Board. Jim is also a former member of the Board of Directors of the International Association of Flight Paramedics and served as Director of Government & Legislative affairs. |

Crystal Reeves, RN, EMT-P Crystal oversees all corporate administrative and financial management operations. Crystal is a Registered Nurse in addition to being a Licensed Paramedic. In addition to her duties at MedicOne, Crystal works as an Emergency Room RN. Crystal began her nursing career as an ER nurse at Good Samaritan Hospital in Mt. Vernon, IL. Having been a Licensed Paramedic prior to becoming a nurse, Crystal spent several years working on an ambulance crew. She has worked both in the urban and rural setting as a paramedic. As a RN she has spent many years in the ER and has served in nursing leadership roles. Crystal is currently completing a Masters in Business Administration. |

Kevin Crump, NREMT-P, CCEMT-P
Kevin brings to MedicOne a wealth of EMS and Healthcare experience, including 19 years as a credentialed EMS provider and a currently credentialed critical care paramedic. Before joining MedicOne, Kevin functioned as a lead paramedic in one of the nation's top 20 high volume EMS systems. Some of his experience includes serving as prehospital manageroverseeing medical control and QA/CQI for 13 agencies, leading a life support training department for a major healthcare organization and more than 10 years in clinical education. As the Vice President, Kevin is responsible for leading medical control initiatives, quality control and improvement, continuing education and safety & risk management programs. Additionally, Kevin is the appointed Corporate Compliance Officer. |
